Kate English graduated from the Forest Resources Management program. During her fourth year at UBC she completed an internship at the Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research in Zurich, Switzerland.

Christian is more interested in the international exposure and interdisciplinary work than typical research-based masters. Christian is participating in the TRANSFOR-Masters program where he spent one year at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), Sweden.
